Founding customers

Be one of the first. Shape it with us.

Zodiem is early stage and we would rather say so than invent a customer wall. We are working closely with a small group of founding customers, and publishing their real results only with their approval.

How it runs

Six weeks, one page, one number.

We keep the first pilot narrow enough to learn something real.

What we promise

Three things, in writing.

No invented results

Anything we publish about your account is your real data, in words you approved.

Your data stays yours

Workspace isolation, and no model training on your content. See our security page for what is and is not in place.

A person, not a ticket

You talk to the founder, and your feedback changes the roadmap.

Good fit

B2B software with a demo-led sale.

Best if you get steady inbound traffic, a demo request form that loses people, and a product a visitor can explore in a demo workspace. Not a fit if you need languages other than English today, or an on-premise deployment.

FAQ

Questions about the founding program.

What does a founding customer get?
A hands-on setup of the live demo agent on your site, direct access to the founder and a say in what we build next. Commercial terms are agreed in writing before we start, and they are discounted from the public plans.
What do you ask in return?
Honest feedback every week, and permission to publish your real results if you are happy with them. You approve the wording and can say no at any time.
Will you publish numbers without my approval?
Never. No result goes on this site without the customer's written approval of the exact wording.
How many founding customers are you taking?
A small number, so we can set each one up by hand. Tell us what you sell and we will say plainly whether it is a good fit.
What if it does not work for us?
Then we say so early and stop. A pilot that proves a bad fit is still a useful result for both sides.

Tell us what you sell.

We will say plainly whether a live demo agent fits.
