Is it a person or an AI?
It is an AI agent, and it says so. The call labels it as an AI agent from the first second, in the demo itself too.
What does a visitor have to do to start?
Click the button, enter a name and work email on a short start screen, and the call begins. There is no scheduling step and no waiting for a rep.
Can it show any product?
It drives a real browser, so it can open any product or page it can reach, within the knowledge and access you set up. Point it at a demo workspace with sample data rather than production.
What happens if it doesn't know the answer?
It answers only from your approved knowledge plus what it can see on screen. If neither covers the question, it says so, and the question lands in an inbox so you can fill the gap.
Which languages does it speak?
English only today. Multi-language support is on the roadmap, not shipped, and we won't claim otherwise.
Does it replace my sales team?
No. It handles the first demo so your team spends time on buyers who are already informed. The lead summary tells you who to talk to first.
