What can I teach it from?

Can it make things up?
It is instructed to answer only from approved knowledge and what it can see on screen. If neither covers a question, it says so. We can't promise it will never be wrong, which is why every question is logged and reviewable.
What if my docs change?
URL sources can be re-checked on a schedule. When the content changes, you get a change alert to review before it affects answers.
Who approves what the agent knows?
You do. A source is reviewed and approved before the agent uses it.
Can I test it before visitors do?
