Put your own numbers in. See what a live demo is worth.
A simple model for the demo requests that never turn into a conversation. Nothing here is a Zodiem customer result. It is your inputs and plain arithmetic.
Your funnel
What it adds up to
Assumes the agent runs half of your booked first demos and saves half the seller time on each. Edit nothing, or change the inputs. This is a model, not a promise.
How the model works
Lost requests are inbound requests multiplied by the share that never reach a meeting. Recovered is the slice of those you believe a live conversation would catch, because the visitor gets an answer while they are still on the page. Extra deals apply your own meeting-to-deal close rate, and pipeline multiplies by deal value and by twelve months.
The seller-time line is separate. If the agent handles part of the first demos your team gives today, those hours return to deals that need a person. Treat the half-and-half split as an adjustable assumption, because we cannot know it for your product yet.
What to do with the answer
If the yearly figure is small at a pessimistic recovery rate, a live demo agent is probably not your first priority, and that is a useful thing to learn. If it is large even at 5%, the cheapest way to check is to put the agent on one page and measure. Read why demo forms lose leads and what the speed-to-lead research says.
