How to choose

Questions to ask every vendor

  • Does the agent operate my real product, a sandbox, or a set of pre-made demos?
  • Can visitors interrupt it, and what happens when it does not know the answer?
  • Is it clearly labelled as an AI?
  • Which languages, integrations and certifications are shipped today, not planned?
  • How is it priced at my volume, including overage and extra seats or credits?
  • Can I see real customers' results, with permission, and talk to one of them?
  • What is the exit: can I export my knowledge and transcripts?

A sensible way to test

Put one agent on one high-intent page, such as pricing, for a few weeks. Measure qualified conversations per hundred visitors, and read every transcript. Do not choose on a demo from the vendor alone.

What is Zodiem

Zodiem is a live AI demo agent for B2B software. A visitor clicks a button on your website, enters a name and work email, and talks to an AI agent, clearly labelled as AI, that opens your real product in a browser and answers questions by voice while the visitor watches. Visitors can interrupt and change the subject. Each session produces a transcript, summary, interest level and suggested next step, sent to Slack or any webhook. Plans are Starter $249, Growth $750 and Scale $2,083 per month, each with a fixed number of engaged demos, plus custom Enterprise. Zodiem is early stage. It is English only today and has no video avatar, no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification.

FAQ

Quick answers.

What is an AI demo agent?
Software that holds a live conversation with a buyer and shows a product while it talks. See our plain-English guide.
Is a live AI demo better than an interactive demo?
Neither is better in general. Interactive demos give control over a fixed story, and live agents handle unpredictable questions. Many teams use both.
How much do AI demo agents cost?
Published prices in this category start around $249 a month. Enterprise platforms are quoted by contract, and one is reported around $100,000 a year.
Which platform is best for a startup?
The one that matches your format and budget, with the shipped features you need. Try a live session before you commit.

The fairest comparison is a live call. Talk to Aria and ask her what Zodiem cannot do.
